About the Founder
From a young age, Jahrai Haile understood the power of opportunity—and the challenges that often stand in the way for underrepresented students. As a high school student, he faced firsthand the difficulties of finding quality extracurricular and career-building programs, a process that often felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. Instead of accepting these barriers, Jahrai took action.
In 2023, he founded Pipeline for Good, a comprehensive platform designed to connect students and families with seamless access to educational and career opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and community organizations, Pipeline for Good bridges the gap between ambition and access, ensuring every student has the resources to thrive. Driven by his belief that opportunity should be a right, not a privilege, Jahrai continues to expand Pipeline for Good, ensuring that students no longer have to struggle to find pathways to success—they only need to take the next step.
